Young Professionals Board
Perfect for passionate individuals who want to share their time and talents. Ways to serve on the young professionals board include:
Review business plans of emerging entrepreneurs in our programs.
Host Jimani gatherings to make Jimani-inspired jewelry and sell products from Kenyan artisans to support Flint-made small businesses.
Lead a team in Flint’s 24-Hour Virtual Relay April 6-7, 2025.
Write grant proposals for Flint, or connect us to potential possibilities.
Teach a unit of Thriving Skills classes to youth in one of our Nashville programs.
Any way to creatively engage your skills or network of connections to create lasting change. Help bridge resources and strengthen our community with your unique talents!
Service Groups
Perfect for servant-hearted individuals and groups willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. Groups include:
Event Group: Help with logistics planning, pick or place decorations, work registration, help set up or tear down, and anything in between!
Hospitality Group: Write thank you notes, coordinate gifts, amplify relationships, and relationally serve our organization in any meaningful way!
Champion Group: Become a Flint champion by gathering a group of advocates in your church or community group and collaborating with other champions to serve and advocate for our mission.
Prayer Group: Support our mission by praying for our partners, programs, coordinators, teachers, and our future planning.
Encouragement Group: Write notes to our international Flint coordinators to encourage them in their outstanding work!
