Flint Global exists because we care about the poorest people most of us could ever imagine. We care about parents who don’t know how they’re going to put food on the table tonight. We care about youth who have no parents and are trying to figure out how to provide for themselves.
We help people build the ladders they need to climb out of the pit of poverty- not just for today, but for good.
Since 2020, we have provided context-specific, hands-on education and coaching led by Flint Global’s local teams of professionals in 14 countries around the world.
Our education and coaching lifts people out of poverty by enabling them to build businesses, gain employment, and have the personal and professional abilities needed to solve problems and flourish.
Flint’s mission is to see great humans break cycles of extreme poverty and dependence, creating flourishing families and communities that make the world a brighter place.
