Flint Global exists to help people permanently escape poverty. We partner with local leaders and organizations to open pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and life skills training. We focus on practical tools and local solutions that lead to lasting economic and life outcomes. As people gain a healthy mindset, skills, and access to networks and markets, they can apply what they’ve learned again and again to provide for themselves over a lifetime.
The results are tangible: parents can afford medicine and school fees for their child, youth step into stable jobs, women launch businesses and savings groups, and community organizations build sustainable funding streams. Through partnership, humility, and mutuality, we join our global neighbors to co-create a world where all people can flourish.

Flint Global is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Middle Tennessee, with a U.S. team working from Nashville and Cookeville in a hybrid model, and a global network of partners and contractors. Our core values are:
