Here are three highlights from Flint Global's 2023 Impact Report:

  1. Thriving Skills Graduates in Colombia: 100% of the Thriving Skills graduates from Fundamor in Cali, Colombia, secured steady employment within six months of graduating. This success has directly improved the lives of 68 family members and will positively impact many future generations​​.

  2. Cashew Processing Business in Tanzania: Flint collaborated with ODS to launch a mid-size cashew processing business in southern Tanzania. This business is set to fund all of ODS's work in breaking cycles of poverty and has created a $13,000 loan fund for over 900 entrepreneurs in the ODS network​​.

  3. Benefit Dinner and Concert: In October 2023, Flint hosted a benefit dinner and concert at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, featuring Sheryl Crow and Blessing Offor. The event successfully raised over $1 million in three-year donations and pledges, showcasing the generous support of the Flint community​​.
