Equipping people to permanently escape poverty.
Flint Global works alongside local leaders to provide practical training and coaching for people living in poverty. Participants build life and business skills, strengthen supportive connections, and put what they learn into practice: starting or growing businesses, preparing for employment, and creating more stable incomes for their families.
Our goal is lasting change: parents able to provide food, medicine, and education; young people prepared to live independently; and local leaders who help others move forward.
